SURVEY ON PATIENT’S NEEDS 

The Canadian Dupuytren Society, as part of its goal to provide patients with useful and relevant information and support, is conducting this brief survey to understand the needs of patients diagnosed with Dupuytren Disease (DD) and/or Ledderhose Disease (LD). Your feedback will help us improve our information and support services so that we can assist you better during your journey. Please note that the data will be analysed in aggregate and that we will not collect or use any personal information that could be linked to your identity.

Purpose of data collection :

Thank you for taking part in this anonymous medical survey. The information collected in this survey will be used to improve our understanding of patients' health conditions and support needs, and to develop appropriate and effective services.

Data Retention :

In accordance with the Canadian Privacy Act, we are committed to protecting personal information and using it only for the purposes for which it was collected. All responses are de-identified and kept strictly confidential and anonymous. 

Data Storage:

The data collected is stored on secure servers located in Quebec, France and Germany on the servers of our survey partner, which are subject to EU data protection legislation and have the strictest security standards to ensure the protection of information.
